I have not received my order, how can I check my order status?

What is your packaging promise?

Perfume Palace promises to package all orders ready to gift out of the box. Additionally, all receipt orders will come without the purchase price for this very reason. Perfume Palace cannot promise that all products will come in cellophane wrap, but we do promise that all products are new and 100% genuine. No knockoffs. 

 

How can I submit a return request?

I need some more time to think, can I cancel my order?
